CUT – The quality of a diamonds cut are what gives a diamond its unprecedented fire, brilliance and scintillation, the better the cut the better the sparkle, the worse the cut the less sparkle there is.
CARAT – The measurement of weight not size, usually the higher in carat weight the bigger the diamond.
CLARITY – measurement of how free of inclusions a diamond is. The less inclusions there are, the more rare the diamond.
COLOR – Generally when we talk about color, we are actually talking about the absence of color in a diamond. Color grades start at D, which is known as colorless, and end a Z which is considered a “fancy yellow”.
